Scholarnex Insights & Consultancy is a knowledge-driven institution based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We provide academic publishing, journal management, proofreading and editing, training, and consultancy services. Our mission is to make knowledge accessible, impactful, and globally relevant.
Currently, we publish peer-reviewed, open-access journals such as the International Journal of Innovation and Strategic Business Management (IJISBM) and the Journal of Applied AI and Smart Technologies (JAAST), with plans to expand into more disciplines.
Manuscripts can be submitted directly through our simple online registration and submission system. To track the review process, receive updates, and upload the final manuscript after revisions, authors are required to login to a personalised dashboard where they can monitor submissions, follow the review progress, view editorial decisions, download certificates, and more.
Yes. To support open-access publishing and ensure professional editorial services, an APC of $60 USD only is applicable upon acceptance of a manuscript. Waivers and discounts may be offered to eligible authors from low-income countries. The APC supports critical elements of the publication workflow, including:
- Double-blind peer review and editorial coordination
- Submission and manuscript management systems
- Professional copyediting, typesetting, and formatting
- Digital publication, indexing, and search engine optimization
- DOI (Digital Object Identifier) assignment and Crossref registration
- Long-term hosting, digital archiving, and preservation
- Journal website maintenance and platform upgrades
All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process by at least two independent experts. This ensures the quality, originality, and relevance of published research.
Yes. All our journals follow a full open-access policy. Articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Yes. Every accepted and published article is assigned a Crossref DOI (Digital Object Identifier) to ensure global visibility, discoverability, and citation tracking.
