Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy
All journals published under the Scholarnex journal platform are fully owned and managed by Scholarnex Insights & Consultancy, a global academic and professional institution committed to fostering inclusive, accessible, and high-quality scholarly communication. Scholarnex serves as both the publisher and administrative body, operating through its dedicated Publishing and Editorial Division, which ensures the integrity, efficiency, and transparency of the entire editorial and publication process.
In alignment with Scholarnex journals Open Access policy, all articles published across our journals are made freely and permanently accessible online, without any subscription fees or access restrictions. This model enhances the global visibility and citation potential of research while supporting equitable access to knowledge regardless of geography or institutional affiliation.
To sustain this open-access publishing model and maintain high-quality editorial and technical services, Scholarnex journals applies a standardized Article Processing Charge (APC) to accepted articles. The APC supports critical elements of the publication workflow, including:
- Double-blind peer review and editorial coordination
- Submission and manuscript management systems
- Professional copyediting, typesetting, and formatting
- Digital publication, indexing, and search engine optimization
- DOI (Digital Object Identifier) assignment and Crossref registration
- Long-term hosting, digital archiving, and preservation
- Journal website maintenance and platform upgrades
Article Processing Fee: USD 30 Only
Waivers/Discounts: May be available for authors from low-income countries or in exceptional cases, upon request and approval by the editorial board.
There are no submission or review charges.
Payment Notice
We recommend paying through PayPal as it’s secure, preferred, and has no extra fees.
If you choose bank or wire transfer, please make sure to cover all transaction charges so that the full APC amount reaches us without any deductions.
No fees are charged at the time of manuscript submission. APCs are only invoiced after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. Authors (or their affiliated institutions or funders) will receive an official invoice at that time, and payment must be completed in full before the article proceeds to publication.
