Peer Review Process & Policy
All journals under Scholarnex journals follow a rigorous double-blind peer review process, in which both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities are kept confidential to ensure objectivity and fairness. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of research ethics throughout the review and publication process. As part of this commitment, Scholarnex journals adheres to the ethical guidelines outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), which provide a framework for responsible editorial and review practices. Authors are expected to submit original work that is free from plagiarism, data falsification, and unethical research practices, and all manuscripts must comply with our submission and formatting requirements.
Each submission is first evaluated by the editorial team for scope alignment and general quality. If deemed suitable, the manuscript is sent to at least two anonymous reviewers either members of the Editorial Board or qualified experts in the field. Reviewers assess the submission based on originality, academic contribution, methodology, relevance, and clarity of presentation. In certain cases, the Editor-in-Chief or handling editor may decide to triage and issue a desk rejection without external review, particularly when a manuscript clearly does not meet the journal’s standards.
Authors are usually notified of the editorial decision within one to two weeks from the date of submission. All editorial decisions - acceptance, revision, or rejection are final and communicated via email. Reviewer comments and any revision requests will be shared with the authors to support improvements where applicable. Scholarnex journals is committed to maintaining a review process that is efficient, ethical, and transparent, ensuring all submissions are treated with academic integrity and professionalism.
